I grew up in a very small town in southern Colorado. I spent my days going to school, snowboarding, and most of all, manifesting a professional life in the arts.
To achieve this, I went to the University of Colorado Boulder where I earned my BFA in performance and English degree.
After I finally moved to New York in 2021, I spent time creating a personal infrastructure to live here and flourish as an artist.
During my three years here I have acted in theater productions up in Poughkeepsie, for a festival at Teatro Latea, and most recently was asked to join a production of The Rimers of Eldritch at T. Schreiber Studio.
I have found a great deal of film work as well, and have created communities for future film ventures. I am currently gearing up to shoot a short film that I wrote with one of these communities of film makers.
As a writer as well, I am lucky enough to have more agency in telling the sort of stories I want to tell. I can write a character and then craft it out as a performer based on my abilities, and how far I want to push myself, based on my interests as I grow as an artist. My voice and aesthetic as a performer and writer get more and more clear with every experience I have, and based on how far this has gotten me, I am excited to see where else it takes me.
