Marlon Jacobi: Actor and Writer
Origins
I grew up in a very small town in southern Colorado. I spent my days going to school, snowboarding, and most of all, manifesting a professional life in the arts.
To achieve this, I went to the University of Colorado Boulder where I earned my BFA in performance and English degree.
After I finally moved to New York in 2021, I spent time creating a personal infrastructure to live here and flourish as an artist.
What I am doing now
I most recently acted in a new play by Luc D'Arcy and The Mona called the building play. There are multiple short films that I have acted in as well that are planned to enter film festivals.
Aside from that I have multiple short films at various stages of the production process that I wrote. Including my first feature that I am in the process of drafting and attaching cast and crew.
Where I am going
I'm excited to find out. I plan to continue my pursuit of creativity and education.
